Friendly, willing to work through difficult problems, and understanding of full-timers. I felt the team truly wanted to help me. They give great service and obviously care about the Brinkley brand.
On each occasion that we've had our Z 2900 at Brinkley's service center, we've had nothing less than exceptional service from all the folks there.
We just purchased the Model Z, and it's as close to perfect for us as we could ask for. Rear visibility is good, along with the TCS suspension and coil spring pin box. The Z tows like a dream. It's hefty without being too heavy. The interior is very tastefully simple, which works with any decor.
I refer to Brinkley as a masterpiece without being a work of art. When you own one, I think that might make sense.
Brinkley went above and beyond with fixing every problem that was wrong with our Toy Hauler. They even fixed things that they thought were design defects that we didn't even realize. Couldn't have asked for a better service team.
Dennis compared fifth wheels at the Denver RV show, & the Brinkley Model Z 3100 stood out. He likes the recliners, couch, open kitchen & dinette. He also describes emergency service on his bedroom slide-out & how the Brinkley team went above & beyond to get it working, & says the Flagstaff meet-up was especially well done.

I have worked on many RVs and none have been as well built and well organized as the Brinkley Model Z. The electrical system is set up to be easy to customize for the individual owner's needs. Access to wiring and wire routing is straightforward and neat. Well done, Brinkley.
We’ve shown our G 4000 to friends, family, and even curious strangers. All have loved it! Brinkley takes owner feedback very seriously and is quick to respond when concerns arise. Our issues were minor and immediately taken care of. If you get the opportunity, take a factory tour. You can feel the excitement surrounding their products!
Brinkley Service Center and Customer Care did a fantastic job with our Z 3610! Jenn provided weekly updates and responded quickly to our questions. The team completed the repairs and addressed issues we hadn’t even mentioned, going above and beyond what was expected!

We loved our previous fifth wheel for six years, but wanted something a little larger. We had one picked out from the same manufacturer, then stepped into a Brinkley. All we could say was “Wow!” We fell in love at first sight. The Z 3300 far exceeded our expectations, and we looked no further!
We've owned 14 various RVs in our 42 years together and Brinkley is the unicorn! It is by far our all time favorite RV.
